She is seen ten weeks following a 450 cc breast augmentation using high profile allergan silicone implants under the muscle. The upper portions of the breasts have filled out giving improved shape. Notice the low assymetric position of the left nipple has been elevated and made more symetric. She is happy she had the surgery.
